What's Your Flavor

This exhibit examines the history and art of cooking in Orange County.

It identifies some common cooking ingredients and explains how people in the county acquired them.  
It depicts some ways local people used these ingredients.  
It presents some implements owned by local people that were used to prepare and serve food.  
It showcases how ingredients and culinary implements can inspire creative expression.
